Agreement
By ordering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, any product-specific terms shown at checkout, and any written agreement between you and HostAvvy.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account or service has been compromised.
Services
Services are provided according to the plan, billing cycle, resource limits, features, and configuration selected at checkout. We may update infrastructure, software, security controls, and service delivery methods when needed to maintain reliability and security.
Billing and Renewals
Invoices are due by the date shown in the client area. Services may renew automatically when a valid payment method is on file. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension, late fees, termination, or data removal according to the service type and account history.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may request cancellation through the client area. Eligible first-term shared hosting and managed WordPress hosting fees have the limited 30-day request window described in the Refund Policy. Domains, renewals, migrations, setup work, third-party costs, abuse, fraud, and chargebacks are excluded as described there.
Support Availability
Standard ticket and email support is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, excluding published closures. These hours do not create a guaranteed response or resolution time. Service-impacting infrastructure alerts may be handled outside those hours when monitoring and staff availability permit.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or host, but you are responsible for that content, its legality, its licensing, and its impact on our network. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, transmit, back up, secure, and deliver your services.
Backups
Backups may be offered on selected plans, but you remain responsible for keeping independent backups of important data unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in writing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes in services, laws, security practices, or business operations. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
